Well this past Thursday Maddie and I loaded up and went to visit with Noni and Popi in Tennessee. I have never traveled that far with just Maddie and I..so I was a little worried about how it would turn out..I have to say that it could not have been more perfect! Maddie never even fussed on the way up there at all and we even got stuck in traffic and were in the car for about 5 hours!!! I was so proud..on the way home today she cried a little but finally just ended up passing out. We really enjoyed our time with Noni and Popi! Maddie gets so excited to see them and they just love her sooo much! We all just sit back and see what Maddie will come up with next!! She is such a funny little girl and such a pleasure to be around!! I hate to brag..but hey it's true!! She just played her little heart out! She also loves their dog Chandler Bing! It took her a couple of days to warm up to him but by the end of the trip I think he was tired of her getting all the attention!Lol! She loves baby dolls now and when we got to Noni and Popi's house Maddie spotted Noni's baby doll that she had from her childhood...and Maddie just fell in love with it! She just kept loving on her..it was so sweet! She also loves her bracelets,purse,and backpack. To Noni and Popi...we just want to tell you that we really enjoyed our trip! We love spending time with ya'll and love you both very much! You are both very special to us!! Love you and hope to do this again soon!

Enjoying the weekend with daddy!

Most of this weekend was spent outside...and Maddie loves watching her daddy shoot his bow! She was helping him get the arrows out of the target!The huge smile on Brad's face says it all! They both enjoyed every minute of it! She also loves riding on his tractor and this was the first time that she rode the new tractor with her daddy! Sorry for the quality of these pics...I didn't realize how blurry they were but thought they were just too cute not to post!

Our little girl loves shoes...and she will put on any shoes that she sees laying around! I have tried to take a picture of her doing this for a while now but every time I get the camera she runs towards me to get the camera...another thing that she loves! So here is the only picture that I could get of her and as you can tell I caught her off guard!

So proud!!!

I was so proud of Maddie at church Sunday that I just have to share. My husband, my mom,my mother-in-law, Maddie and I went to church Sunday and it was going to be the first time that I put Maddie in her class. All along we thought Allison would be keeping the class that she was in...but when we got there to drop her off Allison told me that she would be keeping the nursery. My heart just dropped because I just knew that Maddie would have a complete come apart after being left with strangers. Allison did tell the girl watching Maddie that she has very rarely been away from me and if she had any problems to just bring her across the hall to her. Surprisingly Maddie never even noticed that we left her and instead of Maddie crying..it was ME that got teared up. I thought for sure that after church Allison would tell me that she had to get her because she wouldn't stop crying...but that is not how it went at all! She stayed in her class the whole time and NEVER cried!!!!! I was sooooo proud of my baby girl! I apologize for this long drawn out story but I just had to share!
